I’ve been itching to decorate these days. In full honesty I have a Pinterest board full of ideas for an apartment that has been looming over my head for the past few months.(Ok seven months if anyone is really counting…) . I am crossing my fingers that all will be resolved by the beginning of the new year and we can move forward! (And I can blog about it!) In the meantime I’ve taken my urge to decorate and channeled it into some designs that I’ve dreamt up.
I wanted to create a fun girly bathroom inspired by my Flamingo Dance wallpaper. I wanted to create a chic look but be mindful of a gal on a budget. (I can so relate! I have been dreaming about a future apartment reno and doing the math… eeek)
Underfoot is a Glazed Ceramic Herringbone tile I love how this creates the look of luxurious marble but the price point is much more wallet friendly. Mirror mirror on the wall who is the chicest medicine cabinet of all? I am all about a classic beveled edge and this one is sure to be a classic Speaking of chic I have this bathroom vanity pinned on my personal super secret Pinterest board. I was shocked to find it on Overstock. Has anyone seen this beauty out in the wild? I’m dying to sneak a peek in person! Speaking of a steal this ruffled shower curtain is a major deal!
I wanted to throw someone a little cheeky in the mix. I mean if you are going to wallpaper your bathroom in Flamingo wallpaper I know that this gal is someone who likes to have a little fun! I styled this look with a fun bathmat. I was also really digging this storage cart. To top it off I added some of my favorite products to the mix. I absolutely ADORE the scent of the The Laundress Delicate Wash. I use their White’s Detergent as well and the scent is divine but you must try anything with their Lady scent. It is so flirty and feminine that it definitely deserves to be in this chic girly glam bathroom.
